Shipping & Returns
Every ViciaBloom piece is packed with care and sent as a fragile, handmade object. The information below is intentionally human and flexible because each object, destination, and season can be a little different.
Shipping methods
Parcels are sent with tracked shipping whenever possible. The method depends on the destination, object size, and the safest available route for fragile handmade work.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time can vary by country, season, and carrier. If you need a piece for a specific date, write before ordering so I can check what is realistic.
Customs information
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
If something does not feel right, please write as soon as possible. Because each piece is handmade and many works are one-of-a-kind or custom, returns are considered individually and with care.
Damaged items
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box, packaging, and object before discarding anything, then write right away. I will help with the next step and any carrier claim that may be needed.
