Orders and availability
Products, workshops, and custom work are offered subject to availability. If an item or booking cannot be fulfilled, ViciaBloom will contact you to agree on a replacement, revised timing, or refund where appropriate.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the shop or confirmed in writing for custom work and private sessions. Payment terms, taxes, shipping costs, and any additional charges are confirmed before an order or booking is finalized.
Shipping and delivery
Fragile work is packed with care and shipped using suitable methods whenever possible. Delivery timing can vary by carrier, destination, customs processing, and season. See the Shipping & Returns page for more detail.
Returns and damaged parcels
If something arrives damaged or does not feel right, contact ViciaBloom as soon as possible with clear photos and order details. Returns for handmade, one-of-a-kind, or custom pieces are considered case by case.
Workshops and bookings
Workshop dates, group sizes, formats, and cancellation terms are agreed during booking. If plans change, write as early as possible so the studio can discuss rescheduling or other next steps.
